Many TH9s have reached that point and over. Its not impossible but requires time and dedication.
Try Loonian. Google and or search it on Youtube and there are many threads and videos. I tried searching it but failed
One of my th9 friends just went past 4100.

Man Im TH7 and want to try champions just for 2000 gems.
I need the fifth builder ASAP because now i have 1560 gems and I think the fastest way is Champions league. (I could not complete achievements for 450 gems sooner than 30 days and I already passed 2600 when I was TH6 and my trophy record is 2605)
The time is the only factor IMO. If you put time on it you will reach 3200.
I want to reach in 7 days. Only I think reaching 3200 from 2500 in 7 days is a real challenge for me.
A town hall five it, and town halls lower than four have gotten to Masters.
It depends on how active you are, because if you are considering going into Champions, your attack skills are probably good enough.
Man TH is not very important.
I take a screenshot myself from a TH3 with 3210 trophy record.
Upper Ths have easier ways and facilities but only time is important.
If you're in it for the gems then you're better off spending the $5 to get your 5th builder. It's not worth the time and stress to go up there. I bet you can easily find $5 worth of change around your house. Now if you want to go up there for the bragging rights and the honor of being up there as a th7 then go ahead.Quote:

IMO you should decide about spending money on any online game in the first day. eg: if you have 5 builders in the first day you will progress much more faster than buying gems eventually after one or two month.
Its just another achievement for me in this game. Besides Now Im upgrading my Town Hall to level 8 and I dont have anything to do (dont need gold/elixir/DE all of them are full) so I just define a target for myself to trophy push for fifth builder.
Being almost a th8 sounds like youve played this game quite a bit so im sure youve gotten more entertianment from this game than a $10 movie or even a $50 console game. So any many you put in it isnt really wasting it. Thats just my opinion. Enjoy the stress ans the time wasted to get the 2000 gems when u couldve just worked 1 hour of overtime at work and got an extra $20 for gems assuming you work..
It's possible, but be ready for a rude awakening when you hit Master 1 at 3000+ trophies.
Getting those last trophies is horrible and the last 100 is even worse.
Ofc TH9s could! Many of them achieved it already!
Highest record I know of is 4000+ for th9.
There is a hall of fame for th9 champs.

It was pretty straight forward but you need both your heros (hope they are above lvl 10). I used gowipe from that range of trophies.
Army comp was: 2 golems (4), 3 pekkas (3), 18 wiz (5), 6 wb (5) and 1 arch or barb + ground attack cc (prefer wiz or pekka).
I sniped whatever I found, attacked any th9 (or lower) that I found and attack only certain th10s with easy accessible th and poor coverage of IT (either only 1 cover or both cover at the edge). It took me about 8 days from 2150 and with about 3 hours a day (1 boost session).
