I think the clan leader needs more power over things. For example a leader might favor 1 co leader over the rest of them and he wants to have that one co leader be able to kick other co leaders he should be able to let him. Also leaders should have control over who participates in clan wars. It's really annoying to have people who don't attack in wars. Also you should be able to search for clans by level range which means that leaders should be able to set a level range.

Some are also based off of loyalty (which all want but most don't recognize), family and friends, so having more control over wars since there's usually a few who cant be in it anyways due to member count, might be a good thing for some.
