Quick Question about the Barb King

I'm about to get started to get serious about upgrading him so there is a thing I want to ask.
does his Iron Fist Ability upgrade with him?

I noticed there are 8 lvls to this ability and
you get it at lvl 5. So I'm unsure when you get it maxed out to lvl 8. Initially I didn't think to ask because it seemed obvious. My guess you get the ability maxed to 8 when BK hits 13. But Idk if it upgrades every two levels or something like that. Anyways that was my thought process on the matter. Please and thank you

his ability upgrades with him every 5 levels
max level is 40

If you look at the text when you go to upgrade him it will tell you the next level you need to get him to for his Iron Fist ability to level up.

I probably wouldve known that but I was trying to make sure I got my DE drills lvl 3 to start getting serious with DE related upgrades. Thx though
