i suggest that the clash of clans community give the option in the barrack that the players may chose the troop level so as not to always have to train the maxed level troop. Thus players would be able to choose the troop level. This would be helpfull in the case of TH sniping so that you wouldn't have to train troops at such a high cost when you have no need for the high level.

I don't believe that when you get to the point where you have maxed troops or at most points really that you would mind spending like an extra 500 elixir, by then it doesn't matter that much.
