Hero Regeneration

Does anybody know exactly when a hero starts to regenerate life?

Is it:
When you first hit the Find a Match button.
When he takes his first hit in battle.
When the battle is finished.


I thought I read somewhere that it was when you start searching, but I'm having a hard time...searching.

what?

you can't search? regeneration? I don't get it.

Heroes regenerate only after the battle is over.

When you start nexting.

That's what I thought. Just couldn't find it in text anywhere.

It's when you start nexting. If I next for a long enough time while my heroes are boosted, my heroes will be fully healed even if they completely died in battle, which couldn't be possible if it's when the actual attack started.

Don't be an ignorant and spread wrong information. Heroes start regenerating when you start pressing NEXT, so if you spend a long time finding a base to raid, when you come back to your base, chances are your heroes are already partially healed or even back to full health if you boost your heroes.

This guy didn't know so he asked. You didn't know but thought you do and made a very wrong assumption.
