Side Notes
For those who don't know, this is an idea that came to my mind while watching nickatnyte play some clash and I searched up the idea to see if it was taken, and alas it was. BUT I noticed the thread got little credit towards it and so I decided to revamp the thread. The original idea was made by TheMegatron, so give them the credit for the idea, his thread can be found here: http://forum.supercell.net/showthread.php/462737-Potions-Master-%28Worth-checking-out%29
Enough, though, you're here for the idea, right? Well here it is.
Description
For the looks of the potion master, I was imagining kind of a witch doctor kind of feeling with it, with all the bones and claws. It would be a ground troop and deal splash damage. It would take up 25 spaces, like a dragon, and would take about 30 minutes to train. Movement speed is 12. The DPS depends on what attack it uses (You'll see the reason), it's hitpoints would be 450 and it would cost 300 DE to train at level one. For those who want the quick version, here it is:
-Damage per second: varies
-Hitpoints: 450
-Training Cost: 300 DE
-Favorite target: Any
-Damage type: Splash
-Targets: Ground
-Housing Space: 25
-Training Time: 30 Minutes
-Movement Speed: 12
-Radius: 2.5 tiles

This photo, as it says on google, is a Diablo 3 fan-art of the witch doctor. Now this is just about the perfect image for it. It has feathers on the top in the colors of all the spells, it can have a pouch for where it keeps it's spells and the flaming hand might be an idea for a basic attack with no spells as like a small fire burst, not a fireball because that is reserved for wizards, wizards only fools.
-Description: The Potion Master has no need to pick up a sword or bow, for he uses potions to attack his foes and buildings. This ranged foe can attack using lighting, heal your troops, enrage nearby friends, allow groups to jump, and even freeze the toughest of buildings!
Attacking
The Potion Master is truly a genuine troop when it comes to attacking. Now, there is only one way supercell can go along with this, you set the spells the Potion Master uses. If you go into the Dark Barracks and click the Information button, you can click a color-coded button changing which spell the Potion Master uses in battle and maybe if the design is cool enough it could change the color of the troop.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the Potion Master can only attack with a spell and it then attacks again once the spell has either worn off of finished. So lets say it attacks with a lighting spell, the Potion Master would have to wait until the spell is up.
Another thing to keep in mind is that it only does 1/3 the damage and last 1/2 the time of the normal spell in the factory.
For obvious reasons (even though I forgot to put this in here the first time) the spell's radius would be 1.5 - 2.5 tiles, it does not matter which spell is used, or it can. Depends on whichever supercell approves.
Defending
If this troop is donated to a fellow clan members clan castle, it goes down like this. Once donated, it could say "[name] donate a level ? Potion Master (neutral)!" whereas then the person to which has the troop in their castle now can set which potion it wants to use in battle, and the jump spell would not be an active choice. The lighting spell would attack, the heal would heal the other troops around it (from the CC) or it could give buildings a very small heal. The rage could rage up the fellow clan castle troops and if none then maybe some buildings around it. The freeze spell would most likely be OP in this case, so I guess it would only be able to freeze one troop. Now I know what you're thinking "But what if there are no buildings around them?" and you're smart for thinking that. It would then transfer over to itself, but rather than a potion it would be an immediate effect, but it would be worse that his own spell casting, which is worse then the spells made in the spell factory.
Upgrading
At level one, all the spells it uses are level one spells. This is also a confusing concept of the troop. So at level 1, if it uses a spell, it will cast a level one spell of whichever kind it casted, and it's damage would be 1/3 and would last 1/2 the time of the normal spell. As it goes up to level 6, it attack using level 6 spells, but at 1/3 the damage and lasts 1/2 the time.
Alright guys that's the troop idea if you need to see any more questions answered I will post a comment and if it is big enough I will answer it in my main post. Don't forget that TheMegatron came up with the idea first so give them the credit. Thank you and have a good day.
Thanks
So now the thread is supposed to be over, but this section is for the people who have asked questions and caused it to change the thread in anyway, and this is also here because it proves to people how much they can prove my mistakes easily:
-Tex6170: Added spell radius
-TheScavenger350: Changed how it attacks so it only attacks in one possible way, and also made me implement the defense portion of the thread
