Major Idea Directed Towards Donating!

Dear Supercell,
I have a major idea for people who own two accounts. (Ex: has two phones with different Game Center accounts; me) . With GameCenter synchronization, only the two connected accounts can donate not only troops, but limited amounts of gold/elixir/dark elixir* (*if acceptable) depending on the TH level. The two accounts would have an in-game screen to verify that the other account is theirs. Also, location services will be enabled, and the phones/devices will have to be within 100 feet. This extra location feature could prevent loot stealing/trading. (Ex: two friends can trade loot, when its supposed to be only your accounts.) Please consider my ideas, as I think this will make the game better.

You're just trying to dodge the sticky. Regardless of who owns the accounts donating resources is out.

One of the issues with donating resources would be people creating dummy accounts and donating to themselves. Yet, this is exactly what you're promoting. Can you not possibly imagine the trouble that would come from this?

But like I said, the game will determine how much loot is allowed too give depending on the level range between the two town halls. Example: town halls 4 and 7 might only be allowed to donate 10,000 of gold/elixir every 5 days.

It doesn't matter how much. It still breaks the sticky rules. Not saying I disagree or agree, just abiding by common law

Part of the reason why donating resources is rules out is because players with multiple accounts have an unfair advantage. Yet this is what you are asking it for

But I thought SC's reason for ruling out donating gold and elixir was because some people with 2 accounts would donate to themselves which they considered an exploit.

So you suggestion is to make it so that such donating would be allowed, but it would be limited to ONLY that which they consider an exploit.

In answer to your question, yes I actually do think before I post stuff. I don't think you saw the reply I made to NeonFire15, or the consideration of limited amounts of resources in the end of the original thread.

So basically your proposal is to limit the amount you can donate so much as to make the feature completely useless.

There is no way you can establish a limit that would useful for normal play and yet not useful to exploit. 10k every 5 days is ludicrous. Even a TH4 base makes 10k in the time it takes me to squeeze out a fart.
