Attacks decided by level, and not trophy count

Skill comes in during a trophy hunt, again, assuming they're not just th snipping. This is why we have profiles, want to know "skill" lvl?..look there. If you know how to read them, you can see if they snipe much or not.
One more thing, wars also determine "skills"..again, you can find that in a players profile. Just click on the players name, then profile and scroll.
The system isn't one sided ..like most posts are. :rolleyes:
