Hmm...
Balloon is not a great troop until TH9 when you can have level 6. Around TH6 to TH8 healer is quite useful as there are less seeking air mines & air defences to deal with.
So probably healer.
healers suck end of don't even bother
totally agree loons are best when maxed out (they become deadly in the right hands), healers are good for lower players using them to give giants a healping hand in wars etc.... but then most players stop using them around TH8 so its going be based on how much you use healers at the moment and how long you think you will continue using them or build loons knowing its for the good of the future and not a troop ur upgrading to use right now. 9seriously i wouldnt even bother testing out the loons once the upg is finished
Get the lvl 4 balloons cause then they are just 2 steps away from lvl 6 :rolleyes:
healers are mostly not used that much in TH9/10
I kind of like how in the poll the bar for balloons is red, like level 4 balloons, and the bar for healers is purple, like level 3 healers

I vote balloon because healer sucks vs. higher TH levels.

healer. loons aren't useful till maxed
