Do Rage 5. Jump upgrades are mostly optional, because you rarely need to go over the same walls again after the 20 seconds is up, and they cost more every time. It's arguably better to not upgrade jump, IMO.
Whatever you use the most, personally I'd upgrade rage👍
Plus jump spell is already long enough in my opinion :)

Rage spell. Jump spell lasts 20 seconds which basically is enough
