On internet I've seen various articles claiming that I can now play COC on PC.
However, whenever I click these articles, all they show me is some vague video or fishy-looking emulator and I can't find any detailed information.
Are these all just rumours or do you really have pc version?
Yes. But you can get banned for it.
So in short, yes, you can, but it's stupid to risk it.
Yes they do but maybe your PC doesn't have the RAM and or system measures to play on it.

You are physically able to, yes. It does violate the ToS but, so does a bunch of other things that people do. For that matter, there are a few of the top YouTubers that do it and they have not been banned so, what does that tell you?
There is a way, but we do not speak of it! It's typically a way to "play unfairly", using various software that is available. Definitely do not link an account you care about to a PC platform, it could be permanently banned, because it is indeed against the Terms of Service.
Why is it against the turms? why doesnt supercall want them to play on a pc?
