Increase spell factory rate of production with its corresponding price

Many threads about reducing spells time have been made with con-arguments like:
- Spells used to take 8-24 hours before
- SC needs money and thus they will make you impatient to insta-gem spells
- Spells aren't that necessary and they only help you, they aren't supposed to be in every raid.

Some people want to use the spells more frequently. If they wanna spend and SC wants it too, then where's the problem?

What about simply add another boost option: 8x? With its corresponding price...
