Requirements:
1. Must of lived in Texas atleast some part of your life
2. Must be over the age of 18, unless you have kids then they can join with you
3. Town-hall lvl is not required but atleast town-hall 4
4. Elder is earned after 300 donations a season.
5. Archers are the default donated troop, if after 5 minutes nothing has been donated.
5. Co-leader is earned based upon Loyalty and commitment..
