The best farms are in Silver 2.
Ever since the 1 gem boost. I have found 350k+ of each resource in each of my last 7 raids, fair enough the loot penalty wouldn't affect you as much so I'm pretty sure you would be getting 300k max

I have been getting a lot of 300k to 500k of each collector bases here, and lots of bases with over 1.5k de.
I dropped about 1 hour ago and found AMAZING loot.
Silver I has been pretty good to me lately... had a couple of 200k+ raids today, but it took a little bit of searching to find them.
