Should I upgrade one Xbow to level 2? Or cc to 5?

I would definetly have gone with the x-bow. Further I suggest that you write a more informative topic if you want answers quicker.

One main reason why you should level up your CC to lvl 5 is to expect having a golem in them. Do you have clan members willing to donate golems?
Otherwise, Xbow would be a better priority.
