Clan leader/co must choose members for war

I'm not complaining about the way things are now. I just don't support making opting out easier because then it will happen much more.

A Side Note: I think this may be a difference in level that's influencing our opinions. I understand that at higher lvls (TH9&10) people do leave/kick to get out of wars quite a bit, but at lower lvls(TH8 and below) I don't think it happens all that much and thus opt out would have much more impact because they are currently full clan wars not roundabout method half clan wars.

This is a great point!
Instead of most clans being at 40-50 members for war searches, they will be at 20-30 and the full on war clans with 50 won't ever be able to find matches.

While I won't disagree that match making would change, match ups doesn't really affect the issue I was talking about. I've mainly been focusing on the point of half wars the whole thread and I'll probably create a thread on it tomorrow after I find Steve's post that I keep losing

Yes it is about opting but I was focusing at 1 specific reason against opt out. One way to argue is to look at the reasons given against an idea and explain why it isn't a good reason

Due to some of the members who are in the clan are inactive during war.. May I suggest if a Leader/Co will be the one to choose who are those members who can join the war.. With this, we can make sure that members in the clan will utilize thier attack to make it more competitive in the match making..

this idea could be ABUSED and the cos could just let out a=the members they hate or stuff

Our clan does not allow over a TH8. Most players in war range between 6 and 7. We kick reinvite as necessary for our own purposes. It's heavily used at all levels for whatever reason we decide as a clan. There is also no way it is not currently heavily abused by many clans. I see in many many threads that exact suggestion. take the blinders off guys.

This is already implemented, believe it is the Kick out of clan option.

Yeah, things are fine the way they are.

Maybe it's just me that thinks kick reinvite is used less at lower levels. But I definitely think the largest increase in opting out, if it were added, would be at the lower lvls.

Its a good solution but it would add allot of new problems to supercell. I would also like to mention that there is a idea/solution section on the forums.
