US based clan, GMT -7 California time, English speaking. We have several members from Europe, Asia, and Pacific Islands. Mostly adult, our clan may have kids come and go but our environment is more conducive to adults. We are pretty chatty and engaging, and want more of people who are the same. The fun is in the interaction, and we enjoy learning from people who are willing to share. Very open minded and treat everyone the same. We value your participation.
We war on average twice a week, sometimes more. Structured war plan requires you to follow directions to insure victory. As of now, we have won 4 out of our last 5 wars. If you are strong player with teamwork mentality, we want you.
Titles of elder/coleader are well earned and not easily granted. So the title holds much more meaning. It is achieved through activity & leadership. Activity is based on donations, chat presence, teamwork in war, and recruiting. Leadership includes but is not limited to motivational ability and serving as a good role model for everyone else.
