Revenge Feature

I do not know if this was already posted but i would like to know if this is possible that when Player A attacks Player B, player B can revenge to player A (unless A is raiding). If A is online, it will put it in live mode that B is now revenging.
I had difficulties in revenging because the player who attacked me is either online or too late for a revenge because that player already has a shield... It should be a privilege that A can revenge to B regardless if he is online (except when B is attacking other base)...
Just a thought

Try doing the revenge at other times of the day, it is very rare that I cannot revenge someone.
