Simple question; should we just drop the revenge attack feature? Just see so much drama about it, and was wondering if people would be more happy, in general, to be rid of it. Can't get it to work when we want it, and can't agree on an idea to fix it.
Was tempted to put in the poll, 'yes', 'no', 'do not know', 'do not care', and then 'shut up about this topic'. As tempted as I was, that would mess up the poll.

removing it... well it can save the stress for some :/
I'm pretty 50/50 on this, I don't use revenge, but some people do get stressed...

Obvious I'm not sure either, or I wouldn't have made the poll :p I can see it removed since people feel it is so hard to get it working the way you want it, and just causes stress on both sides. Ideas to fix that useage issue gets hit with so much residents, seemingly no matter what suggestion is made. Many features that could be in this game are not added because the Supercell team feels as though the downsides outweigh the benefits, or doesn't add a significant amount of gameplay improvement. If removed, I'm not sure how the player base would react. I can see some pitching a fit, but possibly the rest might have a range of mild disappointment, to just being apathetic to the issue since they never got it working to thier satisfaction anyway. Could be very wrong with that assumption, so that's what the poll is for.
Its fine the way it is. If you obsess over your revenge list, you'll go crazy. If you obsess over anything, you'll go crazy.
Being able to revenge is nice when it happens but dont expect to be able to revenge everyone, everytime.
It doesn't work perfectly, but its better than not having it at all.
I think the problem with it is all the guys that use botting to be online all the time do take away a lot of its effectiveness. SC is working on the botting for all the many problems it brings and if they get that problem beaten we might see revenge start being a better feature again. You have to admit it was originally a really good idea until guys using sleazy tactics messed up a bunch of stuff, revenge just being one of them.
why not keep it? Dont see how removing it helps anyone, or improves the game in any way (rather than for us zappers, lol)
Perhaps some of the other changes suggested elsewhere, such as a green light when a base is available to be revenged woud be better ........:cool:
I like to revenge a good attack. It gives me the chance to get my loot back and then some. I also get a nice advantage since I can scout them really good and use just the right troops. ;)
Was hoping for a bit more votes than that. Doesn't feel very representative. Seems kind of neurotic to want to keep it, even though people complain about being unable to use it, or having a really hard time agreeing to some way to fix it.

Lastly, did you actually expect a representative sample? Millions play this game, the vast majority of which don't visit here. Even the most popular polls get maybe 500 votes.
