Add an option for members to join clan war

Suggestion as title says.

Here's the situation our clan has: we are a friend based clan. We all know each other in real life and most of us have full time job or family to attend to. As a result, there are constant occasions that someone can't participate in a clan war. It's understandable that everyone has their life other than COC...as some of us are just casual players who enjoy the game and want to play with friends together; and some are more enthusiasts about winning the clan war. it's somewhat unfair for those who are more serious about the game. Therefore, in order to keep COC as a good place for friends to social and hangout, (adapt to different kinds of players AKA attract more people to play the game;) ) I would suggest to add a feature for members to select if they want to join a clan war.

It can be achieved by adding an addition period before the clan war search starts and during this time, member can choose wether they can attend this war. If they do, then they are responsible to attack. This also help eliminate the unfair situation where a clan wins just because the opponent clan has more idle players.

Alternatively, I think this can also be done by adding a switch for each player to switch between active/inactive clan war status so that inactive player won't be included in clan war.

One issue I can think of about this new feature is that some clan will use the best 10 players to fight every clan war in order to win a better statistic. I would say that might be a good thing cuz wars are more fierce and inactive players/observers can learn from other player.

I am pretty concern about this feature and please reply with reason if this get rejected so that I might give follow up suggestions.
