Smaller scale rankings

So I'm the type of person who likes to set goals to reach in order to better myself and challenge myself. Becoming the highest ranked member of my clan wouldn't be to hard. My only other options (as far as earning trophies goes) that are visibly measured by CoC would be the highest ranked person Globally or Locally.

So what if we could pick the state we're from (say Alabama) and see our rank amongst other players in that state?

This would still be a hard but more easily attainable goal.

State/province. Not each individual city

You wouldn't know if the player is living in U.S or in Africa.

The game sets the highest on your clan's location,not your personal phone.
