What? We've been banned?

Hi guys! Today me and my clanmates discovered we've been banned due to inappropriate behavior, but we didn't now the real reason! We tried to send an e-mail, but no one replied. Finally, we found the reason: our clan description has been demeed "offensive". But it was only a humorous description!
We are sure that the enemy clan (we started a clan war) reported us to win, and you have made it possible. Ok, we can change the description if you think it's inappropriate, but ban all of us while we're fighting a war...

Hi,

this is the downside of being a co-leader or a leader, if one of your team puts something offensive in there then as there is no audit log of who it is so everyone will be banned who could have edited the description - it's the only fair way.

The ban is NOT automatic in the same way global is - someone in Supercell support has reviewed what was said and has judged it to break the terms of service - therefore you really need to closely control who is able to edit the description - someone has really let you all down.

I hope this explains how it works.

They are not usually that quick, maybe the last clan you had a war with reported you... Sooner or later someone will post here asking you what it said...just a heads up...... Don't post it......or you will get banned twice in a row...

Not just another player but Someone at SC read what your description was and also thought it was inappropriate so maybe you got to edgy for a pg13 game. Lesson learned im sure... Sucks but it happens.

ARE YOU ACTUALLY SURPRISED YOU GOT BANNED FOR A 'humorous description'?? In a game with so many different cultures, nearly everything is offensive and you should've known...

one person's humour might well be another person's insult - SC are totally independent and they clearly decided it was an insult

"Is a fluffy bunny war clan, don't paperglassing our chestnuts!".
Is this offensive? Bah...
