To be honest, I have not watched his channel and have no idea what was his crime if there was any.
But I do believe, that every person deserves a warning and I do dislike Google for abusing its power in such manner.
I have a personal negative experience with Google that few years ago marked our website as malicious for no understandable reason. When we checked with Google what's up, they gave some really fabricated explanation but at least removed us from blacklist. But nobody compensated us the lost customers, trust and huge amount of time trying to convince Google that we are no criminals.
On a positive side, I would guess that Youtube did not delete the content and it is just disabled and Wiggy gets his chance to show it all again.
