Every troop is worthless if you don't know how to use it.
You can't just spam them and expect to win. The fact that they ever worked that way was a mistake that never should have happened.
That mistake has been corrected, and now those who don't how how to use them are left complaining.
I just upgraded mine to lvl4 and they are boss.
Learn how to attack.

My clanmates continually 3 star high level th 9 bases with ease. Hogs are awesomd. We call them piggies in our clan.

most people on these forums have no idea how to use any attack strategy other than barch on inactive bases or easy 2 star gowipe(crappy strategy and you don't win wars with 2 stars), of course when they try to use a more advanced and harder strategy like hogs they are gonna fail and think they suck
