This Update Is So You Can Donate Elixir/Gold And Also Add A Messaging System So You Can Message People Who Aren't In Your Clan. Please Add This Idea It Would Help Out So Much.

Yes. Private messaging is rule out. Whether it is to your clan mates, others, or to recruit. It's in the ruled out section.
