If there were no loot penalty on collectors if would hurt active players as well. I'm sure you wouldn't want wake up in the morning to see your collectors did nothing at all over night because someone raided you a few minutes ago.
I know what your saying I love finding dead bases tons of loot with easy picking but a dead base means the collectors are full and you cant remove the penalty from collectors as this hurts everyone. Another example some weekend i go to the camp hunting and i have no service there so i cant get on to play and my collectors fill up. During that time ill get hit about twice from people snagging it out of my collectors but when i do get back on i still have a good 35 to 40k in each one and that adds up i wouldnt want to come back to nothing because i couldnt play for a while.
Maybe i should change my idea
how about wasted loot can get raid
example
max collector storage at 100k your res hit it and its going to waste
my idea is u the wasted can be raid
like a th8 attack a th8 with wasted res he can get more than 100k per collector how
first 75% on collector second he get plus from wasted resources (that depends on how much wasted) maybe like another 100k so he get 175k per collector
the wasted res cant be collected by owner bcoz his collector off limit
but can be collect by raider
i know my idea is not logic but can help farming
