Well high lvl people dont even use healers since inferno towers burn through healing effects

Goblins arent ent used and they get a new level so did giants so healers do

Anyways, the point many people told you: new healers would be just like old ones. They lose against defense, lose against seeking air mine.
And
They're already a pain with lv. 6 and 7 giants if used properly.

Healers do not work against th9s with seeking air mines and 4 air defenses any more. A lvl5 would not change much. Also they are way too stupid since th update to have any value at th9 and above.

who use healer? i hav lvl 4 and i used it like decades ago. useless

Why do you want the healer to stay useless, if they give it a buff on all levels and a level 5 and maybe rework the ai of it, this troop might actually work again
