Maybe leave the gem boosts for mines, but remove the one gem boosts for barracks and spell factory.

Ok, let's begin. Your next cost is 500 gold you say? That means you are a town hall 8. The loot for town hall 8s is great at the moment. You recently got your 4th mortar to help protect it a lot better. You also got a new dark elixir drill which DOUBLED your dark elixir production. Next, you say you have to hit the next button 20 times to find a good base to attack. THAT IS AMAZING. Most of us have to go through 50-200 nexts to find a base. If we do not find a base then guess what we do? We just quit farming for the time having wasted 150k+ gold and 10minutes on nexting. You are extremely lucky and you do not know what you have. At town hall 9-10 you will realize what you had.

To the OP. Try changing leagues. I dropped to silver II yesterday and I had to stop raiding because my gold got maxed out so fast. I have a number of long term upgrades going, so I actually put a gold storage out for sniping.

:mad: I upgraded both my 30+ heroes and still capped de, forcing me to gem my queen or waste all the de I was getting.
