Protect resources...

Personally (and guess all that don't use it does to) getting quite bored at people just attacks by dropping a bunch of lightning spells and steals loads of dark elixir. How shall I ever be able to win enough to upgrade hero's and DE-troops when as soon as I reach about 40k I just gets raided this way time after time after time. Had atleast 5 LE-spell only attacks during one night.
I thought one of the points of the game was to actually fight to steal resources and be able to protect the resources you got.

Got a couple of ideas how that would be possible to achieve.
One idea is to change the lightning spell to only do structual damage (so it would only damage for example the dark elixir storage and make it easier to destroy with troops and raid the content, but the spells only don't steals any elixir).

Second idea would be to add some kind of shield generator, that would protect a certain area from the effect of the lightning spells.

5 per night? really? You must have your TH inside or in some trapped up place for sure.
how about this idea, you put your TH right in the corner of the map. With all defenses out of its range.
You also should mention what league/TH you are. If you're in some low league, expect that. Go up to Crystal where zapping is not as common at all, especially with the TH outside.

As much as I hate zapping, i'm not sure there is actually anything they can do. The shield wouldn't work because If pushing you could put it over a mortar or air defense. Try putting your townhall outside so you get zapped less and let your drill recollect some of that lost de.

This definitely needs to be worked on, lightning attacks are becoming more and more frequent and it's really irritating me

so by resources, you mean DE? .... Why should it be changed? just because you lost a dribble of DE, and gained a few trophies......????


Lightning has been doing damage to buildings and troops since the game started -- long before your precious DE had even been thought off. (and damage to any resource building leads to lost resources.. even your TH)


There is no fair way to steal resources --- you get what you want, how you want.... Its not fair that I can close my eyes, and still obliterate a th8 with my balloons and minions, and it takes no skill either.....


Your only defence is to Upgrade your DE storage, so that each zap gets less DE, or move higher up, out of the way of the zappers....

After you've stopped bicthing and whining, do a forum search ---- you will see many threads with the same idea - some of those have some good sound arguments for and against.....:cool:

Please explain why it's ok for higher level ths to drop trophies in order to be in with mass quantities of lower level ths so they can loot off them, and then cry when someone loots off them.

Personally i only use the DE strike as revenge, but I use it well. It's the only way I can revenge someone two or three ths higher with much higher level defenses than me. If you wanna play in my pond you better be willing to get splashed.
