How about my defense/town hall do we need a special level TH at least lvl 8 or?
You are gonna want a well protected TH7-TH8 at the minimum. If the TH9s come down here everybody is doomed.Quote:

Is a TH8 covered with 3 mortars (levels 3,3, and 4)with extra walls covering them enough protection?
My magic range is 1500 less effort required and 150 k per raid and I have a lvl 9 town hall.

I dropped last night down to about 100 and it was brutal. I was hitting 100% high level bases from around 100 to 150 or so. I ended up losing over 200k gold on my way down from 1100 testing this out. I got disconnected for w/e reason and found out I had been raided 2x during that 30 seconds I was out of the game which ended my attempt to go lower. Overall it was absolutely not worthwhile. I ended up getting the same level 50's to 90's over and over for about 150 matchups. Was a pool of about 15 people that were all guarding their resources with double walls and other high level upgrades. Perhaps I didn't go low enough?

This is exactly what is in the 150-250 range-other farmers. TH8-9s most of them are well geared with multiple walls that you standard "all goblin" strategy just won't work.Quote:
