I think that if something upgrades instantly, you shoudn't need afree builder.
What is the reasoning behind your suggestion ? Also, if you have 5 builders, which isnt difficult to get, then you can have 4 buildings upgrading simultaneously while also having a free builder for upgrading walls and clearing obstacles. I also don't see the need why instant upgrades shouldn't require a builder anyway.
