Question for loon pushers (TH9)

Hey so I just realized last night might be a good time to push for gem achievements. I've only been playing since July but play a lot. In the past I've learned my lesson not to purchase ingame purchases heavly, nerfs exc....

so having a few free gems will be great. I'm thinking go to masters n call it a day...

my my upgrade selection has been different as I didn't know goblins sucked when I first started playing and used to think L6 Giants were godlike. Haha and my other has been war troops GoWiWi but also wanted hogs as I've seen great strategy a for attacking max th9.

Anyway heres my question sorry. How hard of a grind would it be to push to 3200 trophies with L6 balloons and L2 minions? I can fit 15 L5 minions from clanmates in my CC although higher in trouphys I know il need Elixor n prob would want 6 loons in there.

Any feedback would be appreciated also anyone know when the boost stops? When it stops I will not be pushing unless im close. And also my queen has been down for the last two months straight I've found barching/ BAM the right th8s in gold can get u about 500 de profit every 8 minutes. So I only have BK could keep queen up but she's not done for 4 days and 3 more days for L4 rage spell..

Masters is 2600 trophies, not 3200.

And upgrade your minions.

Lvl 5 minions are the difference between a win and a th at 48-49%. farm some DE before you push.

With those troops, you can get to Masters with barching or mix in some Giants if you wish.
You don't need to loon until Masters on.

Right, masters has a reward of 1,000 gems, champions, 3200 has a reward of another 2,000 gems. I'm wondering if I would be wasting my time chasing 3200 with L2 minions. I'm a farmer but with the 1 gem boost n dry loot seems like a good time to try and get theses particular achievements done. I'm not greedy and don't wanna get frustrated. That's why I will probably stop at 2600 but was wondering if anyone hit champs with low level minions. Not sniping.. Also by the time I upgrade them the boost will be over. No biggie I know for the future. Thanks

I have plenty of DE as seen in my screenshot, but L3 takes 8 days exc.. Time is the issue for me on upgrading them.

I made 2700 with loons and got bored. You have to see the loons as a high lvl snipe. Its good to dive into th10s and get the 1star win. Any th9 or th8 is a free win up there. Im gonna push for the lulz to see if I make 3200 and join a top clan, for a picture xD!!

Well, in that case, i really dont know. I had minions at 4 when i pushed and sometimes i lost at 48, the th about to die. Im sure lvl 5 minions would have won since the hp was so low.

I would suggest 1-3 lightning/rage
or
2/2 light/rage

lightning can get the last % and gets rid of some annoying CC troops.

You dont usually need more than 1 rage, if any.

I forgot to add, next a lot and only attack bases you are sure you will 1star at least. If xbows are pointing up, be carefull. They wreck the minions up. Next and att the base you are sure to defeat. If in doubt, hit next.

Lowest minions I've seen who made it to champs using Loonion was lvl3.

I just did this at TH9, and it was hard enough with level 5 minions. It would be a lot harder with lvl 2 minions.

This is absolutely true. There will be a LOT of close calls, where every percentage point matters. You would lose a lot of unnecessary attacks because of your low leveled minions.

Also, it takes quite a bit of time to get up there. It took me between a week and a week and a half. It would have gone a lot faster if I didn't lose so many attacks.

I'd say go for Master, but not Champion.

You could make it to masters no prob. With or without heros but champs? You'll have to get lucky or ug mins.
