Not sure exactly what you mean, but if you're talking about searching a player's name and attacking their base, far too exploitable so no.

I hear you can, with a ♥♥♥♥; but that can get you banned :p

The semi-random auto-selection is there for a reason. It would short circuit a good number of things in the game if being able to pick any base you wanted was allowed.

I'll let someone else list the reasons why.

Not possible. Cheet or not. How would you search? village name?. Im going to attack John. all 12 million of them.

It's a matter of being able to find specific people not in the queue. If I search John, and get a result of 12 million and half of them are inactives.... I just found some futile hunting grounds, didn't I?

And some people have much more unique IGNs, not everyone is lame and put their first name in there. I doubt you'll find many AxionXD's in game... except for my Alt.

nooo totally not fair, i see someone on global, visit them, there in gold three im in crystal three im way better than them, but there level ten storages are full, i wait till they get off then raid them for 800k not really fair is it

On second thought, this is possible. There's a list of people you can attack at any time, and you can choose which you want to attack and when.

I don't know! All I know is some with some 'bad' programs, like a sandbox program, said they were able to pick fights with whoever. When I asked if they meant they pulled data from visiting and put it into the sandbox program, or was able to attack directly, they effectively said yes. They have since been banned and kicked from the clan weeks ago for having the 'illegal' programs.
