Supercell I am really upset about the fact that we "The community" are not able to upgrade walls from lvl 7 to 8 with elixer and I am sure that there are other people that agree with me. My elixer storages are completely full. And I can't do anything with it. Is this balance? Do you guys call this balance? Let me say something. The only thing that you guys did was making the people like me mad. And you guys didn't do good.

This exact thing was happening before they introduced upgrading walls with elixir at all, it was balanced. Anyways, skull walls aren't that expensive anyways.Quote:

I have 2 accounts that are both TH 7. It was nice to be able to upgrade walls with elixer while that was possible. Now we can't. With only walls left to upgrade before moving to TH 8 I have started to raid with dragons. I am finding a consistent supply of bases with a combined 400k - 600k gold and elixer that I can 3 star. I spend my gold on walls and turn my elixer back into dragons and spells.

If you are done with th7 or th8 except walls move to the next th level. Maxed walls are optional to get rid of your gold if you dont have enough builders. If you have too much elixir simply start donating more troops or volunteer donating troops for warbases. I didn't even take time to read through this thread (no offense) but honestly, level 7-8 upgrade is very easy. I mean find a good farming range and do it.
Also have some fun while doing walls, I will be honest I push them off to the end. I would go and push as far as you can as a TH 8 if you have so much elixir and just dump everything into walls. I mean make it fun however you want to do it. But I wouldn't go to TH 9 without 225 lev 8 walls.

It's not that skulls are hard, but that there's nothing to do with elixir. Whether or not skulls can be upgraded with elixir, I honestly don't care, but I do care about the 6 mil sitting in my storage tempting every raider who sees my base.

You're a higher level, so you've most probably done them. You think they're easy because you now have to deal with walls that cost 1,000,000 gold instead of 500,000. For TH8s, 500,000 gold is a butt load of gold for 1 wall. All I'm trying to say is that SuperCell needs to bring back wall upgrades with elixir for lvl 7 to lvl 8 walls.Quote:

I actually found elixir freedom the best part of the game.
1) You have spell freedom - boost spell factory and go crazy.
2) Cook powerful overnight armies, such as all dragon / rage spells.
3) Go on a donation frenzy with Wizards / Dragons. Clan mates will appreciate it an your friend in need and level will rocket up.

Well, I'll at least grin till the 1 gem rack boost is there, following which it will just be the bearing part given the time it takes to cook drags.
