Clan war teammates

I think I would be nice if the clan leader can decide who can participate in a clan war. Sometimes not everyone can participate for various reasons so if they could have an option sit people out for a war would be awesome. For example if you have a clan of 15 people and 2 people cannot participate then you could just sit them out and then you would be down to a 13 people. So 3 others with the lowest trophies will have to sit out as well to meet the 10 person clan war. Hope this makes sense and can be applied to the game.
