But $100 matters to us little people and would certainly serve as a deterrent for the abuses. A guy that is mad at a clan for kicking him and wants to sneak back in to make trouble has to really be mad to put $100 into it. (I am positive there would be such a case or two from guys that nuts, but less than 5)

Now Mom probably is indeed going to react to that and good chance that includes shelling out to getting it changed. But it might instead just be getting him out of coc completely. And maybe some other stuff. So a lot of kids might choose to keep the name rather than go tell their parents what they have been up to out in cyberspace. (Imagine if Global chat logs were seen by parents)
This is how i start over on any game if i ever mess up. Settings-General-Reset-Erase all content and Settings. I keep all my other none-messed-up games in icloud so i dont lose them in the progress...might be inconvenient to most/some people though. :P
No you are right. Having to start your base over completely is also a very good deterrent for guys wanting to do it simply for abuse or on a whim.Quote:

It should cost the price of a bag or sack of gems I think the Sack is more fair to supercell I think for the price of 20$ is enough payment for them to do the extra work to keep track of their leaderboards... It should also be a 1 time thing period. Many people when first starting had no clue they wouldn't be able to change their name and had no true idea of what to call themselves.... Then discover later on what they want to be called.... Also some people may make the fatal mistake of misspelling their name.... Ugh worse thing ever is to go on global with the name "Zues" instead of "Zeus".... I was drunk at 3 am in the morn when I decided to make a CoC account I have no clue why...the funny thing is I don't even like Greek Mythology or Zeus.... PLEASE IMPLEMENT THIS!
Just change apple id to one without CoC on it. And make a new Gamecenter account as well. You should be able to make a new account.
So the kid that wanted to get rid of ButtMuncher21 changes it so SukMyAzz69 because he's an idiot (we get those in coc), and once again things are back to a name that seriously needs to change.Quote:
