Add the ability to start a new game/ change your player name.

My nephew downloaded the game on my iPad and he put his first name as the profile name. He also started a new game to. Now he has a phone and can play CoC on that. I want to start my own game on my iPad now but I can't because of this B.S rule. By ruling this idea out, you guys are preventing new people(myself included)from playing a new game if they want. The reason for ruling this out is stupid. There are other ways to mange the leaderboards for Face Book winners. Here's an idea. If you guys are looking for facebook winners then why not rule out this idea for face book players only? I would have done that.:mad:

I used a name that was a part of an old clan, and I'd like to be able to change it to something more personal rather than what I already have, maybe pay gems to change it, Start at 50 gems, and raise it by 100 every time

I can't even start my own game because of this "ruled out idea". The leaderboard reason is NOT reason enough to rule it out.

Don't break the rules now, throw out your ipad.

Although it might be ruled out its still a good idea and you should be able to change your name in the game :cool:

There's no option to change the player name anywhere in the game.

While I don't mind if they had an option to start over, name changing is a bad idea.

If they were to implement a name change ability, I'd be ok with that if it cost 14,000 gems to do.

50 gems? Get outta here, people would be changing names every day. No one will spend 14,000 gems to troll someone, but if they do, hell, they deserve it for spending that much gems!

your right and wrong, 50 gems is too little but $100 worth for a name change. For $100 alone you can th rush to th 10... I think it'd be more fair for around 350 gems... Something not everyone can have and would really have to consider doing cuz 350 gems isn't cheap. I would like a start over option but I'm afraid of what my friends may do, maybe if SC gave each player their own # then PM's could be allowed, name changes wouldn't matter much, and start overs would be more viable. But the only way you can get your own hashtag to pm other players is pay like 150 gems...then you would get to pick your own 9 character #

I think in your case just get your own completely new game center account for yourself and link your device to it. You will have to start a new base from scratch (but if I understand that is where you are looking to start) but from there it will be your own totally separate from your nephew. meanwhile he can continue to use his account from his own device.
