Dont quite understand what you are asking for but the ability to search for a certain loot level is a terrible idea.
He wants to use Elixir rather than Gold for "nexting"
Eventually, we might as well only have one resources with everyone wanting to use both on everything....

By looking at ur idea, it seems u r a th 8 with extra elixir. But actually it is easier to farm gold than elixir, so i will have to disagree here.
