TH8 Attack Strategy

I am a TH8 level 73, Trophy 1295,Rage4,Heal5,Lightning5. Troops Lvl5 Wiz,Arch,Giant,Barb,Gob,King- level 4 Wb,4Balloon,lvl3drgn,Lvl2 minion,Valli basic,Hogs basic.

I can't get my head around a consistent attack strategy and would appreciate advise on this and how to attack this base.
