My town hall is level 6,item all not fully upgraded.(going to do that slowly).I need help in arranging all my items.Keep losing attack by others,my base can't defend.Anyone can help me arrange a good base from scratch?Image provided is my current base.

Get the army camps, builder huts, spell factory, research lab and barracks outside the walls. Then close in the defenses (+/- townhall) with compartments.
Mortars and wizards near the center. At your townhall, you can probably have the air defence(s) near the perimeter. Mortars/wizards are more important...for now.
