I think SC need to remove all elix upgrade for any walls. Why?Bcs why th7/8 suffer to strong players put that elixir on their 5-6x more expensive walls ?Remove elix for any wall. Will be enough elix for all players.♥I think elix need to be for army/lab/camps and barrack only.

You want things so easy don't you? How are you even going to survive TH9/10 lol if you can't even cope up with TH7/8 having full elixir storages. Before elixir update released I had 160 level 10 walls and 90 level 9s as of that timing..
TH7/8 imo is so easy wished it can go like that but that's not how this game works, and I'm doing level 11 walls now [4million a piece].

I know you are just jumping on the bandwagon of the last thread that you posted in (your original post here is, after all, just a copy of your post from the last thread), but you will regret actually having this suggestion implemented. I know you are a new TH8 and you want everyone to suffer the way you think you are suffering, but you will eventually be a TH9 and at that point you will be quite glad that you have the ability to use elixir on higher level walls.Quote:

Okay. That is okay. But for me - not fair. I thinked that th9/10 miss elix for more important staff than walls. So I dont complain. I will spend my elix on expensive army, will donate and will zap th10 de storages.
Actually, this suggestion was implemented because top level players were sitting on full elixir storages all the time. They had finished all elixir upgrades but had level 9 or level 10 walls. the ability to allow walls to be upgraded with elixir provided a good sink for that elixir.
Now if they change it back to how it was, people will nerd rage a lot - so nope.
Seems like this thread is all about you and what other people suggest is an obvious reason to retaliate. Mate, man up princess and learn to adapt and move on... Supercell will never rollback any update they did that is gamechanging completely, no matter how many times you cry and preach about it. agreed, elixir was a surplus. people were doing things that normally clash shouldn't do in regards to farming. and that is putting 4 super full elixir storages on exposure.Quote:

People don't just spend gold on walls. They have other derences to upgrade. They use and farm gold for defencive turrets and use their elixir for walls.Quote:

Due to your so called "expensive" army... there is no way the ratio of Gold:Elixir walls is exactly 1:1. It's more of 2:1 or 2.5:1 at least.

When I started playing I didn't have the luxury of upgrading my walls with elixir so I have no sympathy for you. If you think you are having a hard time now wait until you reach town halls 9 and 10 you will be grateful that they let you upgrade your walls with elixir.
And town hall levels 7 and 8 who are complaining about higher town halls being able to use elixir to upgrade there walls is just silly. First of all most of you will never see my base to raid at your level anyways so it is no loss for you. And the town hall 10s you do see in gold and crystal are surly not easy targets for you so most of them will not be worth raiding because of the cost of expensive troops to raid them.
It sure would of been nice to have this elixir option when I started playing.

Is your town hall in or out of your walls? Put it outside to be sniped. Most likely people will do just that and it will protect your resources. You also might want to go up in trophies as well as you do this. As you get closer to crystal, you have a better chance of someone sniping you as they hunt for trophies.
As as other posters have pointed out, just want until you get to th 9 and it takes an enormous amount of loot to upgrade. We also get our bases rolled on by other th9's and th10's. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop, I hate to tell you.

For what th9 have full max storages with gold ? For what they save ?? I mean they are full with gold ! Maxxed expect walls (I see half skull, half lego).

Help me to understand. You say you have gold to spend for walls but th9s keep raiding you for it. Why don't you spend the gold? If you still have level 8 walls to do why don't you spend it on that? Are you having trouble farming the gold? If you raise at least 500,000 gold you should just do a wall. Don't wait until your storages are full with 6,000,000 gold to finally spend it. Spend it AS SOON AS YOU HAVE ENOUGH. If you are getting attacked a lot then you are saving too many different types of resources at one time. If your builders are all busy and you are waiting, why don't you just drop a builder and save him for your level 8 walls until you are done with them? That way you can upgrade one wall at a time every time you accumulate up 500,000 gold. Don't store large amounts of multiple resources at a time. Don't have 300,000+ gold AND elixir available to steal each raid. Or don't have 300,000 gold AND 2,000 DE available to steal each raid. Save one resource and spend the others AS SOON AS you can. Keep your TH outside your walls, save a builder for your walls, spend 500,000 gold EVERY TIME you accumulate it, and let the others steal your elixir IF YOU DON'T need it. If you do need the elixir, then allow raiders to steal your gold and DE. Don't always break your shield. When you DO farm while your shield is down, DO NOT log off. Accumulate what you need to do your upgrade or whatever you wanted to do with the resources you are farming for, SPEND YOUR RESOURCES, THEN log off. I hope this helps. Trust me, you will want the elixir back when you have level 9+ walls to farm for.

We need elixir on walls even at level 9, you dont realize yet how fast the elixir piles up with gold cause the walls cost millions and the upgrades are done. Our storages are small for walls, we cant even use the upgrade a row of walls cause it's that expensive. I think supercell made the right choice on this one.
You're just mad that you can't upgrade your easy lvl walls wiht elixir so you get mad and want high lvls to suffer because you suffer with something so easy. No, it's hard to dump elixir on walls so quickly with the update and lvl 9 + walls are the hard ones.Quote:
