Spell of Shattered Sight (Once Upon a Time)

The spell of shattered sight when cast causes all of a defender's defenses to attack each other for a time. Please give me some ideas on how long it lasts at each level and cost. Available at TH 9. Also to prevent anyone from using just a bunch of these spells to win, only one is allowed to be used each attack.
Stats:
Lvl 1=1 seconds,cost 1,000 dark elixir
Lvl 2=2 seconds,cost 1,250 dark elixir
Lvl 3=3 seconds,cost 1,500 dark elixir
Lvl 4=4 seconds,cost 1,750 dark elixir
Lvl 5=5 seconds,cost 2,000 dark elixir

Could someone give some ideas on stats for this spell.

It should be at least five to ten seconds

Defenses vs. Troops is quite balanced in COC
This spell will tip this balance to the attacking Troops greatly

I like this idea but it would have to be a small size and not last as long 10 seconds I think is way too much it's a good idea I think it just needs a few tweaks.

Way too OP, and the name's too long :p

A max inferno has 42 dps, seeing how close many place their infernos, they're probably going to both be affected. That's 82 dps, 5 targets, 5 seconds per spell. If someone used 5 of them, each inferno will be left with 50 HP, and most defenses around them will be destroyed. And that's if no other defenses are targeted. Plus the defenses wouldn't be targeting troops in this time. Just use 4 golems, a bunch of wall breakers, and a ton of wizards and you're pretty much guaranteed 2 stars with a probable 3 star, especially if something like an xbow was also affected by the spell.
