You do NOT need to gem it at th 7!! Why waste gems!! Its a NO!! Go out and raid just dark!! Hit dark storages, go higher in trophies to find dark more on the outside!! Having the de drill at th 7 wont get your enough to buy a barb king.. People think it will and no it wont.. But it can help you..
drag raids got me around 2k each at th 7.. Easy DE!! I never gemmed anything, only thing i gem are th upgrades.. I even got my 5th builder for free.. You can look at how " get barb king in one day" on youtube.. Do your research then go out and hit bases!!
