This troop could be called the DUD.
This troop would be donated to clan hoppers and new members who otherwise dont have the common courtesy to even say hello before requesting troops.
Dud's could be cute lil bunnies that hope around aimlessly smelling the roses. Or maybe even a mama Duck w/ her lil babies in tow.
They should be ultra cheap, only take 1 space, and take just seconds to make.

No need to make them free, but 10 juice is good...even 25 would only be 250 total ( see math good!:)
giving defender 1000 juice in return for using them, great idea. Even if they did dump in single player it's the hassle!

but how can you tell if they are a hopper or not? they could be polite and all then suddenly leave you without warning. I like the idea but until you could identify hoppers, it could create mistrust among clan mates when someone donate you one of these even if you are a good member
Im not in favorite of this idea, but, i do have a suggestion. DUDS would only be able to be donated to new clan members, so if you go into your clan and in the settings below your name in red it says "New!" Then your eligible o receive a DUD. So, if your the leader or an elder, you wouldn't be able to get DUDS from people because you arnt new. Also you would know if its a hopper by the time the "New" wears off. They would be gone if they were a hopper

I get the down sides - people could abuse it. But with a bit of development i have to admit the idea could be fun.

Man, this sounds good. Maybe it could be cheap as you said, and ultra fast to make. And also a somewhat malicious side effect! Such as maybe it would mess around with your village a little, and maybe move some of the buildings or walls!! This would force the hopper to constantly rearrange his village, otherwise he would be super vulnerable to attack!!
