Yes u should your base is nicely layed out and when u upgrade your town hall it will help u out a lot.
when ever you get a townhall upgrade you get access to lots of new goodies like extra walls and other defences. These are also cheap to upgrade initially and give you great bangs per buck for what they cost in gold and the defences they offer.
For one of your builders u should upgrade your town hall when u have a chance and the other one u should upgrade your barracks so u can get dragons they will help u out for getting gold not so much for elixer because u have to use 25,000 of it to get them.
You should do both your gold and elixir storages, mac them so you can hold 4 million of each. You will need to be able to hold much more loot at TH 8
What should I do about barracks? Lv 7, one at a time? So during the upgrade, max storages, get all lv 7 barracks, and fill my storages?
Personally, I'd upgrade the barracks one at a time, otherwise it will take forever to cook up troops for raiding. And yes, do max your storages because you're going to need all that loot at TH8.Quote:

When I see maxxed walls, I say go. If you stay, you are wasting a whole lot of gold. If you go, so what? It still takes the same amount of time to upgrade things, saving is certainly not bad at TH 8, and you can start back on walls sooner. I see very little benefit in staying.
