donation troops not according the requested.

I joined my current clan recently. I don't request that often, but when I do, I specifically request for archers or wizard level 4 minimum for defense. Last week, I got, twice, giants! This week, I got archer level 3! And yesterday, barb level 3.

I complained to the leader, who is very nice btw, maybe too nice, who told me:
-low level troops are better than nothing (I am TH8, with level 5 troops)
-clan is very strict for donations for war, but not regularly donations
-lower villages are required to provide donations also
-lower villages need to be able to donate to earn experience points.

How would you react to this?

Personally, I find this a lack of respect, and that keeping newbies who donate crappy troops and who don't read instructions is dangerous, since ultimately they won't follow clan directives in war also. When I ran my previous clan, not respecting request is automatic boot after 3 infractions.

Different clans will have different requirements, which often depend on the clan's size. A leader with 10 members is less likely to kick disobedient players than a leader with 50 members. However, your inference that the action might carry over to clan wars isn't necessarily correct because if the member participates in clan wars, he will probably want to win. In addition, there is no experience reward or achievement reward for donating in clan wars, meaning the player would have no incentive anyway.

Our clan you can't specify lvls of troops you want and all requests (non war) have to include archers. That's just the clan rules and everyone accepts them.

If you don't want to receive low lvl troops then find a clan that has minimum troop levels or different clan rules.

You were a noob at one point. First clan I joined I asked if they wanted lvl 2 giants in the war castles since that was the best troop I had and I thought they were alright (clan obviously turned down my generous offer), and happily donated lvl 3 archers into normal cc's.

You joined his clan, you found out you don't like it, you leave...easy...I personally am in a similar clan, and request troops, knowing I will get crappy ones. If I really need good ones I text someone and say "I'm about to request, can you give me....?"

I agree you were new once and had them low lvl troops before theyre donating to you be grateful that your getting 25 more troops than you had before. If it bothers you that much leave and find a clan that suits your needs better no need to get angry or frustrated its a game after all

We specify no level requests unless for war. Like your leader said, how can you expect lower level players to be part of a clan if they aren't allowed to donate? Everyone started at the same spot in this game. Be a good clan member and help them out rather than a greedy member who only wants the best.

Please explain to me how can I be helpful to a newbie by accepting crappy troops? It makes no difference whatsoever in helping him in the game...but it does screw up my game play enormously. My donation ratio is not an issue here as i give out way more troops than receiving, and beside I am not asking the moon like dragon or witches...just lowly archers/wizard.

As for clan rules: I would expect that donating only what is requested should be the number 1 rule by all clans, and I have seen that stated in many clans description.

I can and do help newbies, by giving out, my good troops (I always give out at least one wizard 5...not just crappy 5 level 5 archers), helping him with base design and suggesting attacking strategies.

If that's what you think the number 1 clan rule is then join a clan that states that, you help out other members by making them feel like they contribute to the clan by donating and that they are involved in the game.

Personally I don't think you should be receiving giants if you requested archers/wizards but if the clan rules are can't specify troops or lvl then thats what it is.

Thanks for your reply. It is nice to have a relax attitude about the game. However, there are others, like me, who may take it a bit more seriously.
