if your hogs are maxed then the ideal strategy for that base is holowiwi because it has a core of all airdefenses, making it easy to pick off the outside defenses with loons I recomend bringing 22 for this base.
So step 1 is lure the cc whilst taking out a defense with your loons, kill it off with 2 witches and 2 wizards. Then drop 2 loons on every archer tower and wizards tower, then 1 on every cannon. Then you have 14 hogs, drop them on the left side and make sure you keep them healed in the centre (I would recommend using 3 to be safe in the centre). then with any remaining supply you bring a cleanup and it's a secure 3 star.
I hope your strategy works but i'd do Holowiwi even with level 4 Hogs.
I think you can save some loons for the outer ring. Wizard towers near Archer towers, you should drop in this order, 2 Loons toward the Wizard towers (which will draw fire from the Archer towers) and 1 Loon per Archer tower. You need 2 Loon deaths and 1 Loon attack per Lvl7 Wiz tower. Where if the 2 Loons going at the Wiz tower they're drawing fire from the nearby Archer tower and it'll allow you to only have to use 1 Loon per Archer because it'll only take 1 Loon bomb and one dead Loon to drop the archer tower.
The number of Loons you need for each defense depends on closeness of flanking defenses and tiles the Loons have to travel under fire. Some Archer towers need 2 some need 1.
I count 12 Loons needed for outer ring, not including factoring for potential traps, where you've counted 14. I can't see you owning that core with how spread out your Army is and the Queen is going to put down some hurt on your c0re Loons.
I'd build a Kill squad and deploy it near the Wizard tower where you intend to put your King and work them into the c0re to take out the Queen. She is so potent against unsupported defense targeting troops you'll be taking a huge risk there.

That intel of sending 2 balloons for wizard towers and 1 for archer towers is super helpful. The archer tower is going to be busy with the balloons sent to destroy the adjacent wizard tower while another balloon takes it down, did I get that right?
Can I just use holoonian? Or do I have to use holowiwi? I think it take down the clan castle troops with 1 balloon and a couple of minions.

With the defense buff on buildings, is holowiwi still effective? Does it still take 1 balloon to pick off one lvel 10 archer tower and cannon?
Yea you have that right 2 loons at the wiz and then you'll only need 1 for the archer. I'm more inclined to do a holowiwi but i don't use minions much and have less experience with them. Somewhat player preference.Quote:

I dont think I can take down this base, id be lucky if I 2 star it it's too huge.
If my predictions of giant bombs being all at the centre, my hogs wont stand a chance with that archer queen even if I used all heal at the core. Let alone the time factor and skeles

Timing is essential.
1. Drop first golem at canon at 5 oclock, second golem at AT at 5 oclock.
2. Drop 3 loons at AT, WT at 6 oclock as soon as AT fires at golem, space the loons abit but not alot.
3. Drop 1 loon at AT at 4 oclock as soon as AT fires at golem.

8. Once core is detroyed or air defences are destroyed drop 2 loons at AT 3 oclock, 1 loon at WT 12 oclock, 4 loons spaced out at AT 9 oclock.
Steps 1 - 4 should be excecuted within a couple of seconds.
Step 5 a few seconds later as soon as side buildings are clear.
