I am sick of upgrades that start at 4 days but 6 days later you are still waiting for it to finish,,,,
I am sick of seeing 2 hours till completion and yet 3 hours later it still says 1 hour 45 mins till its done,,
you get the idea,,,
why are the times so screwed up?

i think it is time you get a new watch. The only time difference issue I encounter is that my iphone likes to tell me it is complete about 5-10 min before it is actually finished. I have never experienced it being off by a couple hours.

There is the time bug but your description seems like a extreme case of time bug.
So either you are lying or there is a new bug in the latest update that I am not aware of.
not trying to be stalkerish with what i will say (just trying to help)...if you are in a clan can we see your base? I totally believe you it just seems like you have a glitchy account. are you on iOS or Android?
I used to observe some discrepancy in builder completion time, but worst case it was off by 30min, and even that stopped a while ago, I think with the halloween update. Since then, I have never faced issues with builder time. Most of my buildings start/complete late night, just before I sleep so if there was a discrepancy I'd almost certainly be staying awake for it to finish. Yet to do that in a long while.
