Might sound stupid at first look but think about it, is it really worth upgrading the Burger King? The more you upgrade the lazyier he becomes, so it's have a little burger attacking every hour or have a ultimate burger who attacks once a day? What's your say? Also what level is yours?
Mine is level 3 and I don't plan on upgrading him any further, I usually use him whenever he is available and would like him more often. When I get the AQ, I'm planning on getting them both to level 5 and that's it for me.
It really depends on what your endgame is. High level heroes are integral to high level trophy play, and they take a long time to level. So, if you have any inclination that you may play for trophies at some point it's not a bad idea to start the process.
From a farming perspective, people commonly make the argument you are making - that the increase in rest time is disproportionate to the increase in strength - and keep their BK low. Personally I still like having higher level heroes as I feel they give me access to farming higher level bases, but it's not unreasonable to keep the BK low for farming. The AQ tends to take little damage, and it's more of a clear advantage to level her.
i always upgrade my BK. lv 30 BK and lv 30 AQ is the way to go. go professional.
BK is a great tanker while AQ is an awesome offensive troop. Both are a necessity in high level gameplay. But even at beginner's level, BK works as a good tanker to absorb damage and take the focus out of mortars and cannons. What is not to like about that?
Even a lvl 1 BK does a better job than a lvl 5 giants, plus it cost ZERO to use him. I don't see the rush to level him up, though since I don't ave any other use for DE, investing into BK is the best choice yes?
I don't have barb king, but from what I know, he is a very good tanker during a raid. He sucks at defending base pretty much, but raiding is his strong point. Upgrading him would lead to him doing more dmg and taking more hits. Upgrading him would be good for raids, but if you don't raid often or get raided often, don't upgrade him. Invest in archer queen instead.
I had mine maxed at level 5 (I'm th 7) so far so good, having a free strong unit from time to time is a good bonus, you could use him without getting him killed. Depending on your tactic, that will shorten his rest time
Well mine's Level 5 and I plan to upgrade it some more when I have an open builder. I have over 40,000 dark elixir and if I don't use it, I will get lightning spelled every time.
Mine is lvl 7. I use the bk mainly at the end of raids combined with arch and rage spell to take out exposed storages. I end the battle once the storages have been taken. This way my bk does not usually lose all his hp. In general I would say to upgrade your bk but make it a very low priority.
My BK is level 10. The way I see it is, maybe one in every 20 bases I raid really requires a BK deployment to make reaching the resources possible. In which case, I'm happy to have a BK that is 30% stronger, even if I can't use him for the next 5-6 raids.
