Gems And Google Play Cash

Okay Supercell i have bought gems before using paypal and i have over $5.00 on my google plus account now and i cannot figure out how to buy gems using my google play cash so i have tried hitting the other payment options but all that pops up is Redeem Verizon payment billing PayPal and Credit Or Debit Card can someone help me? I have been trying for about 20 minutes and i cant figure it out is it even possible to buy gems with google play cash? kinda a dumb question but to me it doesnt look possible.

ok i understand that but i have $5 on my google play store right now so that is what i am trying to buy gems with i dont have a giftcard
